beacuse the particle of salt occupies the space between the molecules of warter so the level is increase

The level of water doesn't rise when we dissolve salt or sugar in water because water is a liquid as we know all the particles of matter have space between them. Them same phenomena acts here water have space between it's particle and when we dissolve salt in that the particles get settled in the space of particles or water that's why the level of water isn't rise.
