Why does the lower epidermis have more stomata on the top rather than on the bottom .why would this be an adaptation for their environment?

lower epidermis have more stomata than upper one because stomata are very sensitive to light when light will be maximum the the stomata he evaporate so to avoid evaporation of stomata it present more on lower epidermis.
