Stomata are present in more number in lower epidermal layer as rate of evaporation is less in lower part of leaf than upper epidermal layer....
So, to prevent excess loss of water from stomata, they are located at lower part of leaf more than Upper part...

leaf has more stomatal pores in lower side than upper side for preventing excess amount of evaporation
