it so simple just becoz of law of energy
energy change one form to another
in mobile electric energy is changing in heat energy

We all know about the law of conservation of energy and this happens because first electrical energy is changed into mechanical energy and then mechanical energy starts changing into heat(thermal) energy due to which mobile becomes hot.
