Good morning friend.

how are you?

During sunrise or sunset, the light reflected from the moon has to travel a longer path. Only yellow, orange and red regions of the spectrum are capable of traveling longer distances after scattering and hence, the moon appears yellowish hue during the sunset.

Mixing of red, green and blue colors gives white color that's so why the moon appears white in the daytime.
