Hi pal
.
here's the answer
.
Those two boys did a lot of jobs, to earn a living.
They showed dedication towards their work and to pay the medical bills for their sister's treatment.
At a small age they took up responsibilities and did hard work,
Never took help from anyone, they were mature at a small age.....hence the narrator calls 2 young boys as TWO GENTLEMEN OF VERONS.
.
hope it helps

the narrator call the two boys as the two gentlemen of Verona because the boys were more mature than their age. they do lot many works and don't have any kind of greedy or any bad in their minds. they were just fighting to their situation and they won't even let other people to interfair and don't take anyone's help.
