why does the nerves of human body beats

As we know that blood in nerve flows very fast. And some were our nerves are thin like in our hand. When we touch or press that area we feel a beats of heart. Which is actually pressure of blood flowing through that area.

And we know that blood is not flowing regularly in body it is like (dook dook) in that area.
