Why does the nose of some people start bleeding in high altitudes?

Basically....what happens is oxygen level at higer altitudes drops down hence making a bit of less oxygen passage into your nose.!! the drier the nose...it bleeds hig.!! what i meant is, the blood vessels in your nose are calm down at llower altitudes but at higher altitudes the blood vessels get dry and get exposed of which in turn result as bleeding.!
