why does the occean appears as bluee?as v know that the water is colour less then how it appers

due to blue colour gets into dust particles I mean to say that range of blue gets attracted with dust particles present in water

The ocean appears blue because the colors red, yellow and orange in the color spectrum are absorbed by the water. Blue on the other hand is reflected off of the water making the ocean (and the sky) appear blue.
