Why does the oxygen level decrease when we reach a higher altitude

because as we go higher in the sky the altitude decreases and the moisture content is also very less in the air

At high altitudes, the lower air pressure makes it more difficult for oxygen to enter our vascular systems. The result is oxygen deprivation.
