Normally if our blood presure is high then our blood will pump more blood more energy will be released , more of heat will be released and then our sweat glands will give out a lot of sweat because of the large amount of heat released.

Hi

High blood pressure is also called the silent killer because it is harmful, but typically does not cause any symptoms.

In rare cases sweaty palms can be associated with high blood pressure.

The neurochemicals released in the blood make our sweatglands release sweat.

Hope it helps
