The children praise their land of birth. In Motherland they grow to be brave and wise. They learn the discipline, religion, traditions and faith. She is the pride of all children. For her many ancestors died protecting her from foreign invaders. So they promise with all their heart, mind and hands (ie., actions) to serve their motherland.
