Terrible fish symbolize wrinkled, old face of the women which has lost its youth and beauty. she can't come to the term with her change. only mirror make her realise that she is no more young and beautiful. she feels agitated and behave like a terrible fish.

On seeing the reality, she becomes restless like a fish thrown out of water. The ageing has brought wrinkles on her face that are compared with the scales of the fish.
