Poet considered himself a coward because at one sight he wanted to kill the snake but at the same time he wanted to watch him continously.But at last when the snake ran away he thoufht himself to be coward.

The poet thinks himself as coward because he don't go and kills the snake but he watches him continuously and when the snake ran away the poet feels himself as coward.
