The postmaster sends the money to Lencho to help him and keep his faith God alive. He was impressed by Lencho's faith in God. He wished that he could also have the same faith in God. He signs the letter as God because he doesn't want to shake lencho's faith in God.

The postmaster sends money to lencho in order to keep lencho's faith alive in god as he was completly moved by it when the postmaster reads the letter of lencho to god, he become serious and does not want to shake his faith and decided to answer the letter. he gather money with the help of his post office employeers and friends on behalf of god and signs the letter ''god" so that lencho's faith does not shaken.
