a) The postman sends the letter to Lencho because he doesn't want to break lencho's belief on god .

b)

c) Conductor calls Valli madam because she behaved like an adult . When the conductor gave his hand to help Valli to enter the bus , she ignored and entered the bus herself with great difficulty.

d) Dust of snow means small particles of snow. the poet says that it changed his mood because before the poet was sad and angry but as soon as the snow fell on him , he became happy & enjoyed it .
