Why does the Prime Minister of a Coalition Government cannot take decisions as he likes?

Hey mate ,
Coalition Government is made up of combination of more than one parties . Support of each and every party is very necessary . Even a single individual candidate ( if involved ) leaves the coalition then the government may gets dissolved .
So the Prime Minister of the coalition government have pressure from other members of the coalition and have to listen to the needs and demands of every candidate .
Prime Minister of the coalition government is in very intense situation and hence can't take decisions on its own .
