Writing to the point , it is just because of exosmosis...
The water in this case just moves from low solute concentration to high solute concentration...

It happens because of exosmosis. The outside solutions of detergents acts as hypertonic solution for the cells of our fingers. So the water from the cells of our fingers move out through exosmosis due to concentration gradient.
