no one can say that it is blue, black, red, etc. in colour because of scattering of light of ☀ sun the colour changes

Explanation:

the sky appears blue due to following reasons

  • as the sun rays reaches to earths atomsphere so these rays get scattered
  • on that time the distance travelled by suns rays are least or the distance b/w earth and sun decreases
  • so the light get scattered of slower speed such as voilet , indigo , blue get scattered thats why it appears blue
