hii mate
colour of sky such as blue appears due to scattering of light which is the result of presence of atmosphere. In space atmosphere is absent hence scattering of light is not possible therefore astronauts cannot see any colour but can see black colour in the space.

hope it helped u.

1. what we see directly is space you can see that at night during the day due to the sun rays scattering of light and blue scatters the most due to the earth's atmosphere hence the sky
2. blue light has the shortest wavelength and the highest frequency in the visible light spectrum
3. but during sunrise or sunset it's a different case when the sun is close to the horizontal at sunset or sunrise the particle distance between Earth and the Sun is more
4. Astronaut there is no atmosphere in the space to scatter light when she sees the black space

hey mate hope it helps you plz plz plz mark as brainliest
