why does the soil becomes deficient in nitrogen after the harvest ? Why do farmers not add nitrogen Fertilizer in the soil in which leguminous plants are grown?​

the site the soil become deficient in nitrogen after harvest because the crops take all the nitrogen nitrogen compounds from the soil and in their growth and the farmers do not and nitrogen fertilizer in in which leguminous plants are grown because their leguminous plants are good are good for the nitrogen fixation bacteria and these legumes are helping agents for the nitrogen fixation in the soil
