in vacuum there is no resistance to speed

in glass there is resistance

as different colors have efferent wavelengths the effect of optical density is different for different colors

Since Glass has its optical Density due to which Light's speed decreases

BuT vacuum does not have any kind of Optical Density

Therefore light passes straight through it Therefore no change in Speed.
