it happens because when water is hot and sugar is added to it the molecular motion of sugar get faster

it gets mixed fastly due to convection currents

Sugar molecules dissolve faster in hot water than cold water...because in hot water...i.e. when there is increase in temperate of water...molecular motion increases and the kinetic energy of particles also increases...as the water molecule collide frequently with sugar molecules...and thus due to this the sugar molecules tend to vibrate faster...and tends to make the bonds between sucrose molecules easily than in cold water
