Answer:
The sun stays in its position at the center of our solar system. It doesn't rise and set. But it appears to rise and set because of the Earth's rotation on its axis. It makes one complete turn every 24 hours.

Answer:
"Look at a lamp, from a distance. Now keep turning around on the spot, don’t move your head or eyes. Note how the lamp “comes” into your field of vision on one side, and then after a while “goes out” of your field of vision on the other side. When it comes, it rises, when it goes, it sets. Imagine the Sun being a large lamp far away, and the Earth being someone’s head, and you on the surface of the Earth are one of the eyes of the Earth. That is how you see the Sun rising and setting."
