Here is the answer,

We know that, There are seven colours split from white colour during revolving of mass of this colour or dispersing of white colour and according to their speed and wavelength, they are violet, indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange and red. As,red is at last , it has long wavelength and it travels slow. Actually,as our sun is of white colour. So, during the dispersion time of sun in morning and evening at sunset or sunrise ,red travels slow and surrounds the sun then, the sun looks reddish.

Hope it will help you,

Answer:

At sunrise, the sun looks almost reddish because only red colour ( λb < λr ), which is least scattered is received by our eye and appears to come from the sun. Hence, the appearance of sun at sunrise, near the horizon may look almost reddish.
