Why does the temperature does not rise beyond the boiling point?

Because the water has all converted into vapour

It basically depends on the entropy for example is you have water .. It will go at the boiling point that will be the highest temperature for that fluid as it won't be able to be at liquid form it will evaporate due to high entropy ..
But there are certain things like other MOLECULES which goes beyond to it.. For example cosmic rays entering earth's hemisphere .will be no longer called cosmic rays as it will get converted into PLASMA.. THIS CONDITION HAS TEMPERATURE BEYOND WHAT IT SEEMS.. kinda POOL OF ELECTRONS AND OTHER SUB AND SUPER-SUB ATOMIC PARTICLE
