Why does the water exists as vapour in atmosphere even under normal temperature and pressure?

Water evaporates at temperature lower than it's boiling point because due to less humidity vapor pressure of water is not what it should be, to overcome that vapor pressure some molecules from the surface of water go to gas phase and dynamic equilibrium reaches when partial pressure of water in the room is equal to the temprature
