Why does the will of Caeser was able to change the mind of the mob?

Caesar had been extremely kind in his will. He had declared that every man should be given 75 silver coins and had made all his private walks and arbours public. He was slayed for being ambitious but his will made the people believe that it was not so therefore, the mob was instigated against the conspirators.

People were already influenced by Antony's speech but when he announced Caesar's will people got more influenced .
