Why does there is a crisis in electricity during summer?

during the summer,the public use most of the luxury machines like fans ,cooler,air conditioner,water cooler etc . moreover due to global warming the temperature of Earth has increased specially during the summer,so to get comfort and to feel cool the public use these luxury whole day and whole night.due to this there is a large consumption of electricity. since the population is large , the available resources of energy could not full fill the needs at a time .

in India,very few places have recovered this problem by using some good source of energy to create electricity such as hydro power,wind energy etc.
