Because all the function is done within a single cell and unicellular organism and they have ability to perform all the various digestion process but in multicellular organism there are various organs for the various digestion processes.

A single-celled organisms does not need specific organs for taking in food, The exchange of gases can take place by simple diffusion and there is no need of special organs.
