water vapour present in the atmosphere comes in contact with the cold glass surface and condenses thus forming water droplets

The temperature of ice is very less which also decreases the temperature of glass and when the water (vapour) molecules came in contact with the glass then their temperature also reduce and their state changes from vapour to liquid which lead to formation of water drops outside the glass.

hope its helpful for you.
