why does water have a maximim density while other liquids don't ( In brief)​

normally liquid becomes incresingly dense as they are cooled down, but water reaches the maximum density about 4 degree at room temperature as ice it has a tetrahedral arragment of molecules which mrans every water molecule is bounded to four other in pyramid shape
