Why doesn't magnetomotive force have units of force?

Magneto motive force is a physical quantity that comes in the equation of magnetic flux. This is known as Hopkinson's law. This force creates a magnetic flux and it is linked with the magnetic field.

This force will be correspondent to the work done which carries a monopole around a magnetic circuit.
