Why don’t Amoeba have a regular shape ?

Amoeba doesn't has a regular shape because:-

  • Firstly, it is not a plant cell having cell wall. It is an animal cell, which makes it flexible and irregular.

(Plant cells are rigid but animal one's are flexible.)

  • Secondly, it uses it's pseudopodia (Pseudo = Falso, Podia = Feet) to obtain it's food. This is the technique in which a amoeba, spreads some of it's part around a food particle.
