Why don't birds get electrocuted when they land on an electric wire?

This happens to be so because the feet of the birds are not the good conductor of the electricity due to which when they sit on the electric wires, their feet do not conduct electricity to the body and hence they are not electrocuted at all as the feet of the birds  are kind of insulator, and they do not allow the flow of the current to the blood through the feet.
