why don't birds get shock when their feet is in contact with a wire coming from a pole at a height .

bird keep there legs on a single wire.it is adaptive that only one flow of current will not harm them.if they keep their legs on two wires they get shock

Birds doesn't get shock when they keep their feet on one wire.
They will get shock on keeping their feet on 2 wires, because there is a tendancy to flow current through them since there is a P.D
