Why don't found nucleus in prokaryotic cells?

prokaryotic cells have nucleus but as they are unicellular, they not have a well defined nucleus.

Nucleus is not well defined in bacterias. The dna of the bacteria is said to be naked in this case. Instead of nucleus, no membranous nuclei acid is present as nucleoid...
