You don't feel like studying because you don't have interest in that. Have you ever wondered why do you play/sing/dance etc. so much?
Merely because you like doing it. The only solution to this problem is that you build your interest in study. And wait! Is this a 1-day job? Well..No! You have to work on that, give time to it, practise regularly.

For. eg. you start studying a concept in physics known as motion.
 →You've finished reading your textbook.
→Now make your own notes in your own language, it will make it easier for you to understand, if you have any doubt then ask your teacher or refer some other book. Don't you stop here!
→Go and research about that topic on net or in some other reference book.
→Discuss the topic with your parents or friends. This is where magic works!

You start to take interest in that particular concept, then in that subject, then you like studying and then you can't really stop yourself from studying! I hope you get my point. Just start following these things. Of-course at first you'll find it boring but then you'll realise that it's actual fun!

Best Of Luck!! :))
