hey

The electrons bounce against other electrons in the wire, which are repelled because they have the same electricalcharge. ... Electrons have a negative charge, while protons have a positive charge and neutrons are neutral (i.e., they have no charge).

Why don't positive charges move? Charge is carried by electrons moving. The protons are always stationary. The answer I found online is the protonsare stuck in the nucleus so they can't move ("strong nuclear force").

kkkaa: okay but electrons not move on their then how can you say that protons stay at rest ?
