why don't use oxygen for cooking​

oxygen is a gas based from , we cannot see it , we cannot hear it , but we need it , we use it to breathe. we cant use oxygen for cooking because certain cooking materials, such as oil and grease, are highly flammable. Avoid splattering grease and oil because it can catch fire easily and burn quickly in the presence of oxygen. oxygen is flammable and it cannot be contained. to cook with something you have to be able to use it , to capture it. you cant do that though . it is very hard to use oxygen for cooking , and i highly don't recommend it .
