The reason we can't feel it is that the air within our bodies ( in our lungs and stomach,s for example )is exerting the same pressure outside outwards , so there is no pressure difference and no need for us to exert any effort.

It's because that our body also exerts pressure towards outwards and due to this, the pressure comes from both outside the body and from inside the body
So it keeps the pressure in the middle in balance due to which we don't feel the air pressure on our skin.
