Ya,we can measure all lengths in just one standard unit of length but when it comes to large distances, calculating in metre is lengthy,so we take multiples of it like kilometre. And when calculating minute distances,it is tough to calculate in metres as it comes in decimals,so we take centimetre or millimetre.

- Yes, there is one standard unit that is meter yet with regards to bigger separation we may can confront issue of lengthiness
- So for ease we convert it to a kilometer or other bigger units.
- With respect to the littler unit, the calculation turns into somewhat convoluted so we take littler units, for example, cm or mm.
