Why don't we see objects in the universe colliding or moving towards each other due to gravitational force?

This is happening because most of the object is revolving around some big stars or while.

If talk about collision there are lot of collision happening every second but we can't able to it become our universe is very vast and our galaxy is a point size in this universe.

Here In our earth we have meteorites falling. If we don't see collision it doesn't mean that they are not happening...!
