Universe is expanding very fast and also accerlating. So objects are moving away from each other. So Gravitational pull cannot bring bodies close. Also, stars are quite massive and it is not easy to move them. Stars do move under the influence of gravity, but it is very slow and it will take millions of years to collide. By that time, the other object may have moved to some other position. So objects cannot collide.

if the gravity of a body is immensely increased like black hole, then the expansions will not effect on it as it will contract the space-time by using the gravitational force

Answer:
We don't see objects colliding in the universe because the universe itself is expanding faster than the speed of light
