Why don't we use laboratory thermometer to measure body temperature?

A laboratory thermometer cannot beused to measure the temperature of a human body because the range of alaboratory thermometer is high generally from –10°C to 110°C, while as normal body temperature in humans is only 37°C. Also laboratory thermometer does not have a kink, so mercury falls on its own which does not

laboratory is a place where we cannot measure the body temperature that we can measure that only near the Liberty temperature not the human temperature
