why donot we have qny current flow in a circuit if it is broken plz answer this question

we cannot have any current flow in a broken circuit brcause

• current is all about moving charge which will not move from one point to another due to break of circuit

• there will be no potential difference

• the electrons will not move(only in DC)

There should be a closed path when current flows when it is open the electrons cannot pass their energy since there is no potential difference in the circuit
