why dont our body compress by the large outside force acting on the body

because the pressure inside our bodies is almost the same as external pressure and so it is balanced

the pressure of the blood flowing inside our body is the same as the atmospheric pressure so the internal pressure cancels the atmospheric pressure and we dont feel anything
