why dos curd sets faster in summer than in winters​

Curd sets faster in summer than in winters because in summer lactobacillus bacteria is more and in winter their is less bacteria.

nandu4012: No bro As we know that we keep milk in freeze to prevent milk to get In to curd ant this the bacteria for making curd works less in cold temperature as compare to hot temperature.
