Answer:A hard working labourer needs more fats and carbohydrates  because labours have more physical work to do and they work all day without any breaks. If they don't take proper food and go for that work this decreases their capability of doing work instead of being weak they will do that work so labour require more carbohydrates because, it provides the labourer with energy to work by producing glucose in his/her body.
