why dose the sky appear blue in colour whereas for astronauts it appear black

because there is no air present in the space so there is no scattering of light due to which sky appears black to the astronauts but we see Sky as blue as there is scattering of light

The sky appears dark instead of blue to an astronaut because there is no atmosphere in the outer space that can scatter the sunlight. As the sunlight is not scattered, no scattered light reach the eyes of the astronauts and the sky appears black to them.
